Squatch Studios, LLC ("we", "us") operates www.squatch.gg. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

This website collects nothing

www.squatch.gg is a set of static pages. It runs no JavaScript, sets no cookies, loads no fonts, scripts, or images from anyone else, and carries no analytics or advertising trackers. There are no forms and no accounts.

Our hosting providers keep ordinary server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. We do not use those logs to identify or track individual visitors.

If you email us

We receive your email address, your message, and anything you choose to put in it. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation, and we do not use it for marketing. Ask us to delete a thread and we will, except where we must keep a transaction record for tax or accounting purposes.

If you buy something

We do not currently sell anything. When we do, payments will be processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details directly and handles them under its own privacy policy; card numbers never reach our servers and we never store them. We will receive a record of the transaction — what was bought, when, for how much, the email address attached, and the country of the card — which we keep for support, refunds, fraud prevention, accounting, and tax.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email support@squatch.gg and we will delete it.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@squatch.gg and we will respond within thirty days. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing customers will also be emailed.
